Which areas do you cover?

We’re based in Colchester and usually work within about an hour’s drive. This includes many surrounding towns and villages. If you’re not sure whether we cover your area, just send us your postcode via the Contact page and we’ll let you know.

Do you work on domestic properties only?

Yes – we specialise in domestic gardens and outdoor spaces for homeowners. That means our work is focused on creating and maintaining private gardens, patios and driveways rather than large commercial sites.

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes, we provide free, no-obligation quotes. For most projects we’ll arrange a visit to your garden so we can see the space, discuss your ideas and give you an accurate price.

Is there a minimum job size?

We mainly focus on small to medium garden projects and ongoing maintenance. If you’re not sure whether your job is the right size for us, just get in touch with a few details and we’ll let you know if we can help.

What services do you offer?

We offer a range of services including garden makeovers, landscaping, patios, fencing, lawn care, hedge cutting and regular garden maintenance. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to ask – if it’s garden-related, there’s a good chance we can help.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Our diary can fill up quickly, especially in the spring and summer. It’s always best to get in touch as early as you can if you have a particular date or deadline in mind. We’ll do our best to fit you in.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for the work we carry out. If you’d like to see proof of insurance, just ask and we’ll be happy to provide it.

Do you take away waste and rubbish?

For most projects and maintenance visits, we can remove green waste and garden rubbish as part of the job. We’ll confirm what’s included when we provide your quote.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Weather can sometimes affect outdoor work, especially in winter. If conditions mean we can’t work safely or to our usual standard, we’ll contact you as early as possible and arrange a new date that suits you.
